Faulty Blaze

I am currently on my 4th replacement Blaze as I have had charging issues first purchased 18 months ago. 

 

I have now been offered 50% off of a new product or replacement I don't want a replacement but would use the 50% on the new Iconic Fitbit have said no. 

 

Anyone have any advise

The Iconic is more expensive so I wouldn't expect them to offer you 50% off. Call again and see if they will offer some kind of other discount. Also ask them to look up your replacement history so they can see this has happened before. Good luck.

yes I've sent an email and asked for a smaller discount against the Iconic waiting to see what they say .
