As @mcrmama said, you just need to add it again and sync your tracker for it to show. For this, since you're on an iPad, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner. Then, tap on the Blaze which should appear all the way at the top underneath your profile. Scroll down to "Exercise Shortcuts" and here remove/add workout again and sync your tracker to see it reflected.
