Feedback about Blaze

Hi, I think that I need to rant so sorry in advance.

I purchased a Fitbit Blaze because I run a lot and I need to keep track of my stats. Well ... the first Fitbit stopped working after 4 months and Fitbit replaced at not cost, which it was great.

I have had the replacement for three months now and I am getting so frustrated with it that I am ready to put it in garbage. Everytime that I go for a run I get the infamous message "Check your App" because the tracker cannot connect to the phone. I have tried it all: restarting both my tracker and Iphone, deleting the app, checking settings, bluetooth, you name it.

Also, since I am having so many issues I went back to using my old running app and noticed that the stats are different, meaning that Fitbit will tell you that you ran 16K when you actually ran 15K.

As I said this is a rant caused by frustration. If someone has some input on how to fix these issues it would be great.

Hi

When receiving a replacement tracker, the remaining warranty period from having the original tracker still counts.

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

It's up to them to decide.

I finally contacted Fitbit Only to find out that there is nothing that Fitbit can do to solve the issue.

they are aware that there are people with the same issue as myself but they cannot do anything.

what a waste of money this has been!

I’m disappointed. Fitbit is just a fancy step counter, a stylish device. For people that take their fitness seriously I would advise to go with the real sport trackers. Perhaps there are not fancy but at least they work.

And in what way is fitbit's warranty differ from your auto's, tv, oven, etc warranty.
