Fit Bit Blaze - Blank Screen

So my mom's fitbit blaze. Told her it was fully charged an hour ago and now its completely dead.I have it plugged into its charging port the screen is on but there's nothing on it not even the fit bit logo.  It is a bit hot inside the charger.  Since there's nothing on the screen I can't get it to register to the fitbit application on my computer thats running Windows 10.

Please contact support due to the bold above. Remove from charger as well
