Fit Bit Blaze watch information does not match dashboard

My Fit Bit Blaze does not match my dashboard on either my phone or computer.  My watch says that I have achieved my 250 steps per hour for all hours, but my dashboard does not match it no matter how many times I sync it.

Welcome to the Forums @G-rile. Have you tried to restart the Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your tracker. After the restart process, try making a force sync from a computer by doing the following:

 

  1. Click the icon with a Fitbit logo located near the date and time on your computer.
  2. Click Open Main Menu, and then click Sync Now. You may be asked to sign in, after which your tracker should sync with your account.

 

If this doesn't work, feel free to get in touch with our support team, since they have the proper tools to see the information that your tracker is  registering.
