I need help. It seems that it is a problem with fitbit not syncing. What do I need to do? I have tried everything from the recommendations but not working still.

Was one of the things you tried a restart of your fitbit using this procedure?

If so then how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work so it might be worth trying it a few more times.
