Hi All,

Both has diffrent option on Settings but verion is same, windows one has extra name Blaze Classic Bluetooth connectivity.

is there anyway to reset to factory settings and install the firm ware with iphone in canada.

Could you please suggest

The difference is in the apps, not the trackers. "Classic Bluetooth" is an additional BT connection for controlling music. One of those 2 apps may not support it, and it should be the Windows phone app as Windows phones do not support music control.

But that difference i can see in the device not on Windows/ios app. i just
want to restore it to factory settings and sink up with the ios.
Please let me know, if it is possible.

thanks!

Thanks for your advice @SunsetRunner!

Welcome to the Community @ShailuRaj! That's correct the Bluetooth Classic is used to have music control on your Blaze. However, the name you're seeing in your Fitbit app main screen should be Fitbit Blaze. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can further investigate it?

Thanks for the screenshot @ShailuRaj! As mentioned by @SunsetRunner the Bluetooth Classic that you're seeing there is used to pair your tracker while using music control

Hope this clarifies any doubts.
