My Fitbit Blaze would not hold a charge for more than 12 hours or so. I called Fitbit support and was very surprised how they were willing to work with me. After some troubleshooting with them, they said they saw a "glitch" with my battery. Then my watch died completely while talking to them. They informed me they are sending a complimentary replacement watch. Thats Awesome...
