Fit bit charge 2 , electric shock

Anyone else suffering with electric shock while wearing a charge 2 ? This is something that has happened only recently on the last week or 2 only when wearing the charge 2 happens touching the sink taps ,the car even after I’ve earthed any static in my body this happens is my fit bit broken ??
