Hi, I've recently noticed my fitbit no longer monitors my heart rate. I tried troubleshooting and it appears the issue is that the green leds no longer work. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm having exactly the same problem and have done everything that your site has recommend to no effect. Please provide further information regarding how to deal with this issue.
