My FitBit Blaze hasn't been tracking sleep for the past week and recently my heart rate tracker has been stuck as 70, or N/A during workouts.
I've performed a manual shutdown through the device settings multiple times which unfortunately doesn't seem to fix the problem. As a bonus, a hard restart by holding down the left and bottom right buttons doesn't do anything. I've seen people say you need to hold them down for anything from 10-30 seconds...I've held them down for 2-5 minutes for periods and yet still no restart. I've had to go back to using an old fitness tracker by a different brand. Very disappointed that it seems like my Blaze is toast as most people I've spoken to have moved on to Whoop after similar issues.

Same things happening to my blaze, started playing a few weeks ago.
Doesn't track heart rate during exercise.
Heart rate stuck at 70
Sleep graphs reverted to old version with little detail.
Hopefully Fitbit sort it out soon!
