FitBit Blaze screen flashes and cannot access functionality

Hi,

 

About a week ago my fitbit blaze screen started flashing when I went to look at my watch I normally would. It flashing between the normal home screen and a screen that looks like television static (multi coloured dots all over the screen and nothing else). As a result you cannot get the screen to change to see any other views or settings.

 

I tried turning it off and on again but the buttons are not responding on the watch unit.

 

The step counter still works and it still syncs with my iPhone. But you cannot use any of the functions on the watch itself.

 

Can you please help me with this problem?
