I recently got a fitbit Blaze and managed to set it up fine, everything was working and it was connected with my phone. However, a couple of days ago it ran out of battery and when I charged it up it was no longer connected to my phone.
I have tried everything...
My phone isn't connected to any other Bluetooth devices and my wifi connection is good. I don't know what to do anymore.

Best AnswerI just called the helpline for Fitbit and they have sorted it out, I suggest giving them a call.
Best AnswerMe too...working on it, blame recent iOS release. I had my blaze for about 1 year, worked great but then installed the latest iOS a few days ago, then no more sync.
this is how I fixed it...
- remove blaze from my app.
- add the blaze back to my app
- follow instructions (basically, restart the blaze by pressing the left and lower right buttons simultaneously and holding for about 5 - 10 secs)
- phone paired with blaze and synced.
- good-to-go
I have tried that as well, multiple times, it manages to find my devise but always gets stuck on the 'connecting with tracker' phase and I have not been able to get past that. Thanks for your help though.
I'm struggling with the same issues. I have tried everything that has been mentioned above.

Best AnswerThe number for the UK is 0800 069 8505 I don’t know if it is different for different countries, try just searching the number for the country that you are in, also visit the Fitbit help page for other ways to contact them.
