FitBit recorded an incorrect distance

So I recently did a 5km run. When I checked my FitBit it only recorded 1.86km. I've saved this onto my phone assuming I could change it, but I have not found a way. I have a FitBit Blaze and I would like to change it so it is accurate. Many thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @RaviPatel12! Currently, it's not possible to edit the exercises. However, you can delete the exercise and manually log it again.

Regarding the distance results that you got, I would like you to make sure that your Blaze and mobile app were properly connected at the moment of using connected GPS. Did you notice that the map show the whole route? Did it lose connection? Has this happened before? Is the map showing properly?

Keep me posted!

Yes , so I was doing laps and the FitBit recorded the 2 of them. Each of these laps was 2km (I did a half one after the first two). I didn't mind that it didn't record the last one, but I was surprised that it recorded 1.84km when it showed 2 laps. I have manually added a record now. I did see that the GPS connection was at full bars, so I'm not sure where the issue lies. Many thanks

About those full bars @RaviPatel12, where you looking on the Blaze or the phone.
