FitStar Results

Hello everyone! Just wondering if anyone has had good results from carrying out the FitStar exercises on the Blaze. This includes the Warm Up, Workout & AB's (Total of 25 Minutes) I was looking at an app called '30 Day Fitness Challenge" which has great reviews on the app store. But it seems a bit silly if I have a workout that works right on my wrist! I'd also like to know if anyone has tried this 30 day challenge app and if they have compared it to the 25 minutes of FitStar. Thank You 🙂

Hi there @KingG! Good to see you in the Forums!

I've personally used the FitStar exercises that come with the Fitbit Blaze and I have to say that they're really good. They get you to work all your body but I've used some other workout options within the FitStar app that are more specialized on different groups of muscles depending on what you want to train.

I haven't used the 30 Day Fitness Challenge app but maybe someone who has already tried it can give us some insight on it.

Thanks for the reply @FerdinandFitbit Can I ask how often you use the FitStar on your Blaze and do you use it alongside going to the gym and running etc? Did you see results quickly? I'll have to look into the stand alone FitStar app!

I don't use it very often now because my routines have changed and I don't have much time to exercise now but I do it when I can @KingG. Now, back when I had more time, I used it 5 days a week and due to my body build (I'm pretty thin) I was able to see results relatively fast. It took me about two weeks to start seeing my body more toned but I've got to say that this is also about how commited one is with correctly making each exercise to really see results.

In conclusion, I'd say it varies from person to person but the resources it gives you to achieve your goals are pretty solid.
