This is ridiculous, this is the second FITBIT IVE OWNED AND IT STOPS WORKING COMPLETELY IN exactly 2 years from the date of purchase! I am so disappointed, shouldn’t have purchased the second one but enjoyed my challenge groups and wanted to remain a part of it!!!!

That's awesome you got 2 years. Mine quit working around 11 months, so I was able to get a replacement. But dreading the day my replacement quits.

My $800 cellphones routinely die every 2 yeats. My $1,000 laptops usually make 3 years. Seems tech items do have short shelf li es.
