I have a Fitbit Blaze that was replaced because my old one wasn't tracking all of my steps so my numbers where off. I just set up my new one today and my steps are much more accurate and everything was going great until I got home. The "Dashboard" on the website shows what my watch does, my accurate numbers. The app on my phone refuses to show my most recent numbers.
My Phone app, for example, says "4,961 Steps." Where as the "Dashboard" on the website shows the same thing my watch does, "7,383 Steps".
I have looked at Fitbit's Help Article about this issue and have already installed the app [long ago], cleared it on the list of known syncing issues, updated my software, enabled my Bluetooth device, I am not trying to synch with more than one device or a computer, have Always Connected turned on, and made sure that Power Saving Mode is off, closed and reopened the app multiple times, turned Bluetooth off and then on again multiple times, and rebooted my phone [both restarted and hard powered it off].
I don't want to restart my tracker or uninstall the Fitbit app and then reinstall it because I don't want to loose the data and numbers I earned today. Are they saved on the website or somewhere else because the website's "dashboard" is showing the right numbers? What should I do to be able to read my numbers from the phone app? I often spend a lot of my day with no computer access and can't rely on checking the website to make sure things are working and, as I said, this is a brand new watch to replace one that wasn't working properly either. Please help, what should I do?

@Topknot I have this issue all of the time and I have found it has more to do with the "bonding" of the tracker with the Mobile phone. See this link
Especially in the home environment when you have many electronic devices competing in the air waves.
I have found it eventually syncs and some times I have had to wait over 4 hours. I give up when my wife's iPad is near the computer, my Android is close by and 4 computers using WiFi plus the stray WiFi I see when I browse my Network Connections. Also handsfree landline phones lying around... All competing for the airwaves.
I resort to turning off the Blaze and try and sync that way via Fitbit Connect. I also have Multi Fitbit on my phone and the One always syncs... much more reliable then the Blaze..
As I post this everything is syncing as expected.. Makes a liar out of me this evening.... Everything matches, Dashboard, App, Blaze and the One.. as of 1 minute ago..

I ended up tuning off anything else that was using Bluetooth and after reading that having the app on my phone or not wouldn't effect my numbers for the day, uninstalled and reinsalled the app, which seems to have worked, yay! But not the heart rate function of the watch seems not to be reading, so boo, I have to make a seprate help post for that. Thanks for your input!

@Topknot I have never reinstalled the App, many times I have turned off phone and restarted the Blaze..I wear the Blaze 24/7 and many times I have awoken during the night for bathroom visits and the Blaze has synced. My phone is charging in the bedroom. Probably away from the interference. No computers on., hearing aids off and just the Blaze and the One to content. I also have a Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse.
I also found it would always syncs to my phone while I was out walking on a planned walk.
I trust you have satisfied your syncing issues.
