If you changed it under  settings it must sync before it will take place

Thanks for your advice @WendyB and @SunsetRunner!

Welcome to the Community @CalienteKitten! Please make sure that you're doing this procedure to change the hour from 12-24 hour.

Go to your Dashboard > click on settings > personal information > scroll down until you'll see "Clock display time" change it from 12 to 24 > finally click on submit.

Hope this helps!

I have done that but it is still on 12 hour. I even attempted to change it on my laptop but laptop so slow, a snail moves faster than my laptop works to change fitbit time

@CalienteKitten  Don't forget to sync after you make the changes......

In your dashboard, it will tell you the last time you synced, does it look correct?

If so then let's go to your app and add a device, choose your tracker and add your tracker as a replacement to itself.

Thanks for the information @CalienteKitten. As our friends have suggested, please do this procedure from a computer and confirm you are doing the following:

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.

Keep in mind that you need to sync with your computer after every change.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
