My Fitbit Blaze won't hold a charge and I wanted to know if it's possible to replace the battery. Thanks.

Hello @Arodriguez616! Great to have you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the battery on your Blaze. I can help you with this.
I will ask you to please put it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hi! Thank you for your prompt reply. I have been having this issues for weeks now. I got this Fitbit about a year ago. It's super frustrating and I have tried to do everything to fix it. I use it all the time but the battery dies within 12 hours of usage. Is there anyone to trade it in for a new one? I'd hate to have to buy another one.

Thanks for getting back @Arodriguez616 🙂
If you could follow the steps I suggested before, I'd appreciate that a lot as based on the logs, our team will be able to see what is going on to get you back on track based on your warranty status. Even if you're out of warranty, we can evaluate any other option so, it's super important that once you fully charge the tracker, you sync it constantly for the app to record the battery levels and for us to be able to move forward.
Let me know if you have any other question.
