My Blaze was bought new on 23rd November, set up on 25th and by the 28th the HR function was showing faults. I changed the setting from "auto" to "on", both green lights are on, I have tried various wristband positions and tightnesses, reset multiple times, shutdown and restarted. The app has not shown a full HR trend since 27th November, sleep stages are not being recorded, only the basic details if any at all. The watch will occasionally display a HR but mostly shows "--", nothing shows up on the app when synced.
Everything else is tracked just fine.
