Can you use the Fitbit blaze to change the song on an iPhone when using Bluetooth headphones?

In general you should be able to, this would be more dependent on the Headphones, and it's ability to release the controls to the Blaze.

If the Headphones don't have any music control you will be good. 

I have 2 BT speakers and BT headphones, they all ate able to control volume, and the speakers can fast forward, rewind, pause and play, my blaze doesn't have problems controlling three player.

I so have an older headphone that caused the Blaze to not work with music control.
