Trouble syncing my Blaze in China

Is anyone else having trouble syncing in China? I've had trouble syncing my HR and now my Blaze. I've tried everything that FitBit has suggested: uninstalling, reinstalling, hard resets, turning devices on and off, using different VPNs, turning bluetooth on and off, trying different times of day...I've tried everything. I really think that it must have something to do with the connection. Anyone else?

Perhaps it's a server issue?

The server would be on Fitbit ends, I am not aware if they have servers spread around the world or not.

My first thoughts on trouble syncing in China, would be what of any error messages are you receiving. This way there is something to work with.
