10/16/2017. At some point in the middle of the night on Sunday night my Fitbit  Blaze decided to go blank. Meaning, the screen went black and wouldn't light up and then the green sensors stopped working as well. I've only had my Fitbit Blaze for a few months and this is the only problem I've had with it. Is my Fitbit done for?! or can it be fixed!? :(. Please help.

Waiting for Tech support to reply. I live in HK. Different time zone.

My FitBit Charge is completely dead. It won't light up, it won't recharge, no record of my exercise, won't sync. Just plain dead. The screen is black! Not working anymore. I don't know what to do. I had it for nearly 3 years now.

I need help.

Mark
