Hi, is the Blaze discontinued? I’m having trouble with mine not keeping a charge.

Hello @GNichole and welcome to the Community.  Yes, the Blaze was discontinued in 2018 when Fitbit released the original Versa.  All rechargeable batteries have a lifespan and your Blaze's battery reached its end-of-life.

Wow. I wish I would've known this because I won mine in a contest 3 months ago. I been trying to pair it with my phone and I've had no luck. I did all the steps and the screen that says (fitbit.com/setup) never went away. Such a bummer because I've always wanted this device and now it don't work at all. But I do want to thank you for this update.
