Fitbit Blaze Does Not Record Run Data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Recently, I have noticed that when
running without my phone, the blaze will not record any run metrics other than I ran for 30 min. Anyone else having issue?

It's great to welcome you @ganttjc. Keep in mind that if you want to get detailed information about your running, you need to take your phone with you since it needs to connect with it for the GPS. If you don't take it with you, you will receive just the basic information about your exercise.

Prior to June 4th, I didn't have to take my phone with me when I ran and I would get the time, heart rate, calories, impact etc on my run when using the run feature. Now since June 4th, it won't put anything, just says 0 steps, 0 calories, 0 impact. My steps show up on my dashboard and active minutes and that I exercised. If I just let my phone autorecognize during crossfit it gives me all my stats and impact.

Thank you for the response. I just don't understand how without my phone I get detailed stats on my weightlifting and crossfit but when I run with out my phone it's just run 30 min 0 data.

Hello @Gantt, if I browse through the main thread  on this subject, Your u will notice that it is pinned at the top of the Blaze Forum. As I glance through it seems that there is a problem with the run recording mode and it doesn't affect the other modes.
