Fitbit Blaze Low Charge

Hello

It has been a month now since I have started using the Fitbit Blaze. Yesterday when the Blaze showed low power, I charged it fully and used the Fitbit without any hassle. Today morning I see that the Blaze is low on power (with 1 red icon bar). Now I have put it for charge - initially it showed charging but charge wasn't entering. Now from 1 icon bar it showed 3 icon bar (red) to 6 icon bar now (blue). But I have to keep taking out the Blaze and place it back in the charger unit. And the charging is quite slow compared to earlier times. What seems to be the problem ? Appreciate the help

Hello @mrnishanth I've noticed a problem since the last update with the Blaze. The battery will be low, so I place it on its charger. After an hour or two the battery symbol has not moved, but when I disconnect the charger and reconnect it will then show that the battery is almost full.

Thank you @Rich_Laue. I am facing the exact same problem. The battery charge symbol doesn't progress but when I discconect & reconnect the charger - the battery charge shows an increase. Do you think this is an update issue with Blaze ?

Possibly since I did not notice this until the last update, please remember I'm just another user.

It's great to see you around @mrnishanth and @Rich_Laue thanks for the information. It's weird to hear about this inconvenience since my Blaze is working properly. I recommend getting in touch with our support team, since they have the proper tools to see your tracker's information. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
