I bought my blaze in 2016 and 3 years old now. today it stopped charging and after some basic actions with the helpdesk support the charge didnt happen. i was told by the fitbit helpdesk that since the bblaze is 3 years old the battery is no longer useful and cannot be charged again and have to throw the blaze away.
have anyone experienced this or know any other way to charge the blaze. it was alarming to know the life of blaze is only 3 years max !! as confirmed by the helpdesk
regards

Hi, @Satgan! Well, I can tell you my Blaze is still going strong and I have had it since the beginning. However, it's an electronic. Most people's phones are close to death after 2 years, let alone 3. My phone is 3 years old and can't survive a full day of minimal use without charging. Batteries are the problem. I'm sure some enterprising people on the web might have figured out how to change out the battery. I would do some googling around and see if you come up with something. Unfortunately, Fitbit did design these trackers to be throwaway units, so the newer ones are even less accessible than the older ones.

Had this happen 15 months in. For me I was able to restart the blaze by holding bottom right button and top left button for 10 seconds. Fit bit support wont suggest it or at least didn't in my case.
