Fitbit Blaze Not Counting Steps

Hi,

I recently purchased a Fitbit blaze, I put this on charge last night and now I’ve put the screen back in correctly it’s not counting my steps, it’s traxking calories and heart rate but not steps.

 

Ive restarted the tracker multiple times and shut down my Fitbit but still nothing is happening.

Im so disappointed as this product isn’t cheap!

 

I hope someone can help.

Was it set up completely? Might want to try again
