Just different color lines that run vertical across the screen. When indoors and not charging the lines do not appear at all. I do not think this is normal.

I would try a restart to see if this resolves the issue. Press and hold the left button while pressing and holding the bottom right button at the same time. After 10-15 seconds the Fitbit logo should appear on the screen. You may have to repeat this procedure once or twice. If that doesn't work you may have to cntact support. To do that, click on the help button at the bottom of the page, then click on the Blaze Icon. If you follow the procedure, there shoud be instructons on contacting support.
You might also see if there is an update. To do this, click on the Fitbit logo in the task bar of the computer .hen click on open menu. The resulting page will have an option of searching for an update.

Thank you, I will give this a shot. It just looks unsightly and makes it hard to read the screen.
