Can I reset my Blaze to factory setting so I can sell, tried what was on line but it won't work for me and then read that you can't, please help

Some fitbit models can be reset to factory settings but the Blaze cannot. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2216.htm

 

In there it says "For devices not listed below, your data is cleared when the device is paired to a new account." 

 

So, for the Blaze, there's no action required. At no point will the buyer have access to any of your personal information.
