Hi

 

I have just bought a fitbit blaze and it will not pair. No matter what I do, it will not work, I have checked all settings, turned on and off phone. the only image that comes up on the fitbit is the logo and fitbit.com/setup.

 

please help me asap, i am going crazy

How are you trying to do the pairing? Fitbits are unusual in that they have to pair via the fitbit app rather than by the phone's bluetooth settings.
