Battery has a full charge, started going really dim, turned up to Full Brightness now the screen will not show anything. Blank. If you press very hard on the front and back the screen will come on for a second but go black. Tried a reset but nothing is working. Phone shows it still tracking steps, and with a full charge, and it buzzes when I get a text notification but no screen.

Now your Blaze should work properly. If it is not working properly please reach out to customer support so they can assist you.

Reset did not work, screen was completely dead. Returned to Best Buy, and traded down for a Charge.
