Fitbit Blaze Setup Issue

Hi,

 

I just bought a new Fitbit Blaze and having issues with setting it up. After I charged my device completely, I started seeing multiple blue circular icons on the screen in various stages of updating. I assumed it was a firmware update so let it go on for a while. Even after multiple hours, since there was no progress, I thought something was wrong and disconnected the device from the App.

 

Since then, I have not been able to conncet the device back into the App and the circular icons won't go away as well. The screen just shows those icons and doesnt do anything.

 

Has anyone faced a similar issue and can help?

Yes, if nothing happens within 10 minutes, i cancel the updare and restart.
