I'm typically well-versed with technology, but I could not initially figure out how to charge my Blaze. When I first turned it on, the device was on low battery but prompted me to proceed with a software update after I successfully paired it. When I attempted the update, the tracker informed me the battery needed to be charged first. There were neither instructions on paper nor at fitbit.com/setup, and I had to search for a video to teach me that I could pop the device out of the wristband enclosure. After I charged the device and performed the update, the setup process untimely informed me how I could charge my device.

Best AnswerEven if a help link helped, the problem I see is that a new user is immediately sent to a help document for what I believe would be a very common use case for first-time setup. That part of the setup was just not very well-documented or intuitive and could use some improvement IMHO.
