Fitbit Blaze: Time Incorrect

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The time on my Fitbit Blaze is off by 6 minuets. I have re-synced, logged off and re-synced, restarted my phone and re-synced, changed the time zone and re-synced; however, nothing seems to work. Ideas?

Check if a sync has actually completed.  From phone dashboard, click Account icon near top right.  Then right below the tracker, it shows the time of the last successful sync.

When I go into the Account information, it shows "syncing" underneath "Blaze" (after several mins. of observation, it will change to "looking" and then back to "syncing"). If I select the arrow to the right green bar, it show 12/27/18 as the last time it was synced.

So it sounds to me that it has not synced, and that is your problem, not that that solved anything but when it does sync, that should fix time.

Just curious where you see arrow to the right of green bar; are you on iPhone?

Yes, it is an iPhone 6S. I also tried the "forget this device" option and then repaired the Bluetooth; however, it did not succeed. Is there a way to "force" the sync?

You can "force" it to start, but no guarantee it will complete.

Drag down on the phone app screen.  It should first say, Pull to Sync, then Release to Sync.

Or click Account icon near top right, then click your device, then click 'Sync Now".

My first 2 options are to restart my tracker and reboot my phone.
