Suddenly my blaze will not sync. Been fine for 1-2 years. Done all that is suggested and it still does not sync. What next? all is uptodate. I phone 8S.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your Blaze isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

Thank you . I had already done all those things . And no joy. So cannot think what’s the next thing to do . Probably go and buy a different fitness tracker as have had a whole catologue of problems. Maybe the others might be more reliable .

Same issue with my Blaze. I’ve tried all those things and it still won’t connect.
