Fitbit Blaze XL Strap

Very disappointed that i currently have a Fitbit Charge with an XL strap and have been gifted a new Fitbit Blaze and the XL strap is actually smaller than the XL strap for the Charge that fits me.  

I have been told that there is currently no plans to have what i would see as an XL strap.

I'm sorry about this issue 😕

I'd like to know where you got the XL strap for your Fitbit Blaze. As far as I know, XL sizes are only available through the Fitbit store, so if it was not directly with Fitbit that you got that strap, you can give us a call to 877-623-4997 every day from 4am-9pm PT for more direct assistance.

I've already chatted with Jason on Fitbit Livechat and he confirmed that the straps are smaller for the blaze hence why i cannot get one to fit via fitbit... ironic eh.. upgrade from Charge to Blaze and get wear it

I'm sorry about that 😕 What I can think of as an alternative would be checking what's available on Amazon and see the sizes of third party straps and see if any of them will fit the size you're looking for.

I've done this with no success lots of bands but mainly up to 9inches
circumference and as I mentioned to the guy on live chat ... the few I've
had and sent back didn't fit but were very poor quality

I totally understand @Martin8278. I'm sorry that at the moment, we don't have what it takes to accommodate you the way you need.

If you are not able to use your new Blaze with the XL bands and you're still under the return window, feel free to return it to get a refund for it either if you purchased your tracker through us directly or with any other retailer.

Hi, I bought a Fitbit Blaze last Sunday and the strap is small and I cannot use it. I am really disappointed. On the box it says Large but still small. Please advise what to do? Do you have XL straps. If not why? And if you dont have XL straps why you dont warn your clients.

I' afraid that at the moment, XL bands are not available for the Fitbit Blaze. We don't have any news on when they will be available, so it would be matter of keeping an eye on the forums or the store for any update or to check with the retailer you bought it from to be able to return it for a refund if you'd like.
