My Blaze is apparently not compatible with my G6? Is that going to change any time in the future? I bought this fit bit specifically for the features it has paired with phones.

Thanks

Hi @mperkes91.

What issues are you having with your Blaze and LG G6? I also have both and although the G6 isn't a supported device, the Blaze seems to work fine with it. Notifications, syncing and connected GPS.

I can get it to sync, but no notifications or anything else on my phone.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app on your phone? You may have to re-enable the notifications after that. Also have you checked that the notification setting on the Blaze is switched to on? I think you do this by swiping from the top of the screen down whilst on the clock face. If I remember rightly my Blaze would sometimes change this setting to off by itself.

My notifications are set to on, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I removed the device from my Bluetooth and reconnected it. The only change is now I can get it to control my music.

Ok that's strange, I'm not sure what else to suggest. Can you confirm that your phone isn't on silent or do not disturb, the phone won't send notifications to the blaze on any of these settings.
