I worked out how to use the gps on my iphone 4 and successfully saw the map with my walking route. But I have just got an iphone 6 and despite pairing the devices successfully I cant find my map of my last walk?
Any ideas?

You have to track it as a gps walk before your walk in order for the map to work, since it uses your phones cell signal. It doesn’t automatically detect it.
I’m not sure how you were seeing it before if you hadn’t tracked it as a gps walk or run.
You can customize the exercise shortcuts on your blaze in your app by going to “exercise shortcuts”

Switching phones should not change the data on your account.
Please check your dashboard on the website and see if you see the map there.
fitbit.com --> log --> activities. scroll down to the workout and select "view details"
If it's there, that means it logged properly. if that is the case, please sync again on the iPhone 6. Go to your account and fitbit blaze and select "sync now." I would do it two or three times just to make sure everything transferred over.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how you do

The walk I did was logged perfectly there is just no map showing me where I went. I dont know where to find the map and suspect it shows at the front of the dashboard in place of the heart rate graph.
I followed your instructions but there is still no map.
Perhaps I am not setting it up properly. I walk and so dont use the excercise section of my blaze as it is for running etc.
Do I have to manually select the fact that I am going to do a run by selecting the plus on my fitbit app on my new iphone 6?
Or does it just know that I used GPS on a walk?

The walk was manually logged as a gps walk and now shows on my dashboard so thanks for that.
Where do I find "excercise shortcuts"?
