Hey,
I've got the following problem. I own a OnePlus 3T with Android 7.1.1 and the newest version of the Fitbit app, also my Blaze has the newest software available right now.
What's working:
- syncing
- app notifications
- moving reminders
- notification for a "missed call" after calls from my phone app
What's not working:
- direct call notfications
- "send a test notification from the Fitbit app"
Any idea what to do so that I'm able to receive call notfications directly? I know that my device is not supported yet, but call notfications have been working in the past, but not any more. All other notifications are showing up directly on my Blaze. What I already tried is a "steady connection" and the "notification widget". Also, I disabled and reenabled the notification access within the OS and restarted my Blaze several times.
Thanks for your answers!
Eric

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @EricTune! First I want to let you know that I moved your post here, in the English Blaze board. Because here it will get more attention. I think that you cannot receive direct call notifications is because your phone is not compatible. Also if the call notifications have been working in the past, Fitbit do not ensure that all features will work with an device that is not compatible. Please check frequently our list of the compatible devices.
I wish you a good start in the week!
