Fitbit Blaze and Sleep Time Accuracy?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So I've been using my Fitbit Blaze for about a month and a half. While I primarily use it for calorie/exercise tracking, I've found that I can link restless nights/nights with less sleep to headaches and sleepiness during the day (obvious, but it's cool to see it in data.)

However, last night, I charged my Fitbit around 11:20pm, and went to sleep around 12:40 pm (after putting my watch on). When I checked my sleep pattern today, it says I went to sleep at 11:20. I haven't noticed if this has happened before, but has this happened with other people? It was hooked up to the charger, so it should have known it wasn't hooked up to me, right?

It's great to see you around @TokyoSkinny. To avoid this to happen again, I recommend restarting your Blaze. Keep in mind that you can edit your sleep information by doing the following from a computer:

1. Log in to your Dashboard and navigate to the sleep log page: http://www.fitbit.com/sleep/
2. Using the calendar date selector, choose the date with the sleep log that you would like to edit.
3. Hover your mouse over the sleep log in question.

4. To modify the start and stop times of your sleep log, click on the pen and note pad icon.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
