My 1.5 year old blaze will only hold a charge for about 8 hrs. I contacted customer support and they told me that I was receiving too many notifications and that was draining my battery. The insane part of this is, they told me I had rec'd 390 notifications today, I looked at my tracker and I saw 1. I don't receive 390 text messages/phone calls in a week, let alone a day. They couldn't tell me the source of their data, only that their system shows no errors on their part.
Anyone else getting this excuse for an early product failure?
