I did 8k steps on the treadmill, even got the notification that I reached my step goal but my Blaze says I have zero steps and in turn syncs zero to the app. What’s going on??

Hi there @Paulina26x, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums!
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your tracker recording and syncing your activity. I'd like to help you out.
I'm not really sure what could be going on, but I can probably recommend giving your tracker a quick restart and then, try to set it up as a new device to your phone. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
To set up your tracker as a new device, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
