Fitbit blaze - fully charged , display fine when in charger but totally black screen when in wristband. Had watch over a year with no problem, then started going blank after an hour of use. Tried restarting but no logo appears. Managed to close down and restart via the app but made no difference. No response at all now. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue, once I put it on the charger it shows full charge but after I put it on for several hours it goes black. Waiting for help!

I had the issue screen stayed black for about 2 days. Still tracked steps on app, then everything stopped. Ended up chatting on line with Fitbit for an hour. Mine was passed warranty they offered 25% off. In the end they offered replacement after I sent back old. That was 3 weeks ago. They just got it back. Now new 1 on backorder 6-8 weeks 🤬

Thanks - think I’ll have to contact Fitbit as no quick fix 🙁
