I contacted Fitbit and they don't replace any buttons. if you are not in your warranty, thats within 1 year, they will not replace tracker. no ideas except discount for a new device...Not too interested as I paid over $200 for this watch. thanks for any help

Hi there @Keke88. Great to see you in the Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the buttons on your Blaze and I'm also sorry that you weren't able to get it replaced due to being already out of warranty 😕
I'm not sure what is exactly going on with the buttons on your tracker but I'd guess they're not responding.
Since there would be not many other options available, I would probably recommend trying to clean the buttons with a toothpick and rubbing alcohol. For this, take the tracker off the frame and with a cotton swab, rub the frame with alcohol and try to get in the sides of the button with the toothpick to clean it and that might help.
Now, if the issue is more something internally directly, I'm not sure there's more that can be done.
Hope my suggestion helps and if you need anything else, I'm always around!
