My Fitbit Blaze is two days old. Day 2 it received call and message notifications notifying me as to WHO is calling & showing WHO sent the text message as well as the message it self. Today it only notifies that there is an incoming call or that I have received a message but it doesn't show the contact name or message or give me an option to answer or reject a phone call. I am so frustrated 😠😠😠😠😠 also NO option to factory reset the Fitbit blaze device. Please help.

The Blaze is likely only displaying whatever the phone send it so you need to be looking at your phone setup to solve this one.
Have you changes the privacy settings for your lock screen notifications by any chance, or at least, perhaps you could check them and let us know what you find.
