I never wear my Blaze to sleep so i shut it down, in the morning when i put it on, the blaze and the app read that i have like calsories and steps done. is there any way i can clear that or is there something wrong .

Hi, @Vanni0929, if you are not wearing your Fitbit there really shouldn't be any steps detected, unless your Blaze is near a vibration source -- a fan or humidifier, for example. You might, perhaps, get a few "steps" if you bump the table it is on, or carry it across the room...
Calories are a different matter, as these are only partly calculated by the device itself. Your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories will be automatically calculated by the Fitbit program based on the information you enter in your profile: gender, age, height, weight. These are the calories your body burns just staying alive, and these will be calculated whether or not you wear your Fitbit, so that is why you see calories in the morning on your Blaze.
Once you are wearing it, and getting active, you will, of course, get additional calorie "credit" from your activities.
