Fitbit Blaze contiunally changes time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I was wondering if anyone can assist with a Fitbit Blaze suddenly changing to an incorrect time throughout the day on a daily basis.

We have set the correct Timezone (Melbourne, AU) and have not moved out of that Timezone yet the time changes continually.

It is because I turn the Bluetooth of my iPhone (where it is synced) off on a regular basis?

Any assistance would be grateful.

Regards

Hi there @gurus2324. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with the time on your Blaze changing to an incorrect time all of a sudden...

Since you've already made sure that your app shows the time zone correctly, I can recommend restarting your tracker if you haven't tried this. For this, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and try to get it to sync and see if this makes any difference.

If that doesn't work, one last thing that you could try is setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Let me know how it goes!
