I have only had my Blaze 3 weeks and the screen is cracked. Will Fitbit replace it?

They have great customer service especially if your device is within the 12 month warranty, which yours is. You can call them or email them. I always recommend including pic's if you decide to email them.

@aman3113 I hope you're doing well! If this was caused by external factors then it may not be covered by Fitbit's warranty but you can contact Support and explain them your situation in detail so they can asses the it and see how they can help you. As @5arahr said they are great in helping and hopefully they will have a positive resolution for you.
