After refusing to refresh all day, my Fitbit blaze finally did and erased over 13,000 steps. This is not the first time. Also, the time has been intermittently wrong, and last week the screen was going crazy. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there @KarenOros, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums!
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Fitbit Blaze to keep all your steps and that the time is off.
It sounds like you're having syncing problems, so my first recommendation would be to give your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After restarting your tracker, you can try to set it up as a new device if you're still having problems. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
